Of most irritation is the cheerleader controversy and the politician’s contention of equating existence of cheerleaders as supposedly “violating the sanctity of Indian culture” and in some apparently unforeseen way “outraging the modesty of the average Indian woman” – for all their show of moral uprightness, our politicians have little moral fibre to stand on!!

Thats a very good point. And remember all the justifications that can be given for such ‘worship’ may have been true for our previous generations- as times were different back then. Remember it is the lust of man which sustains mankind. Such lust does overflow from time to time resulting in acts of criminal offense. But there is no reason to stymie such lust by crooked ways like “worship women”. Condoms do just that. Well 99% of the time. The worst sufferers of this propaganda are of course women themselves. If Indians have some fuzziness in their sexual outlook, it is the consequence of 500 years of muslim rule followed by 200 years of British prudishness. The politicians have their own vested interests in airing such views, ranging from mind control to air time.

Besides ball busting feminazis, there is a group of men too that object to the objectification of women. These are the pussy-whipped men who do not quite like the idea of other men enjoying what they have forfeited the right to enjoy. Naturally they despise brothels and pornography. Such men often extrapolate singular incidents into theorems of social behavior and advocate laws of rationing of sex and sex appeal via nauseating filibuster. Such a man is Peter Foster (read the comments too).
