am reading you for the first time,after seeing you quoted in prem panickers blog.i really enjoyed it. the similarity was hiliarious. The movie you must accept was a visual treat and the oscars on those categories was well deserved.but the story if you are not into the green movement is difficult to appreciate.

hi just saying that sometimes a movie as a spectacle works for people who like movies to be pure entertainment too. i mean in a weird way i like sanjay leela bhansali’s devdas just for the damn spectacle. art direction has its own feel and then fo such a movie you need a simple story. i know you will jump and say star wars, star wars. but this like titanic was meant to dazzle us, take us a for a ride to a world only a creative person with a vision can see and he wanted to show you what he saw. why should it be anything else but that at rs. 250 a ticket. and anyways people were paying that much for 3 citizen kanes in college which if made in hollywood would have been summarily dismissed as a rom_com.

Liking or disliking a movie is a matter of personal taste. But even with absolute ‘kaora’ posts, you had the capacity to make people, even those who disagreed with you, see your perspective of something. Not anymore it seem.

One laboriously contrived post, you tried to tickle us into laughing. You just don’t need to write meaningless stuff for the sake of it – you’re so much better than this.

I liked Avatar quite a bit … without comparing with Matrix or whatever. And most of your post made little or no sense to me – not because I liked and you apparently didn’t. But because it wasn’t even clear what you were trying to say.

I agree with few of the comments here…I have been an avid fan of your blog for the past few years and have to say this with a heavy heart that you are losing the zing.Compared to gems like 1-800-hottie and the mithun series your recent posts have been very bland…..waiting for your book.
