Death Becomes Her

I’ve lived a life that’s full, I’ve traveled each and evr’y highway
And more, much more than this, I did it my way.

If there is anyone about whom about the lines above can be said, that person would be the Bhabhi.

Yes she did it her way. In many imaginative ways.

She gave salesman their rightful place in society. She helped neighborhood boys  score outside the cricket field. She gave a helpful hand to those that needed it. She put the group back into group discussion.

Veni. Vidi. Chi Chi.

We saw. We came. She conquered.

But no more.

The Bhabhi was brought to her knees today. And this time she will never get up again.

Yes. It is true. She is dead, laid low by the moral police and zaalim society. As we see for her for a “lust” time before the site is pulled down, there is sadness inside each of us.

Grieve not oh traveler. All is not lost. There will always be memories, many of which “rapidly shared”.

Along with several password protected files in unobtrusive directories like C:Project FilesOldprojectsrctemp.

Go quietly Bhabhi. And don’t forget to turn off the light.

  1. Hey Bong,

She was a sensation here in US as well thr wer ppl (includin me) gaping at Bhabhi’s stories late night desperately….

    Your Desibaba article was awesum…

    Regards,
    Kaporegime

  2. SO true! i am guessing rapidshare will be flooded with Bhabi’s chronicles… but I do think ‘she’ is the biggest and best Indian net sensation since Desibaba…

  3. Its like Bhabhi was the appendix and desibaba was the complete encyclopedia

  4. Let a thousand Savitas bloom.

Let the oppressors understand the true nature of the internet.

  5. “Padosi apni Billi ko rakhna sambhal, Mera Murga hua hai deewana”.

To all the isolated murgas of the world, and the pent up enery inside them. RIP Bhabhi, you would be remembered!

  6. He he.. The Internet censorship and this kinda of hypocrisy has made Savita Bhabhi a Martyr.. This will only give rise to more Savitas.. and a eventually to a Hugh Hefner as well.. who will nurture all the Bhabhis..!!

  7. “Along with several password protected files in unobtrusive directories like C:Project FilesOldprojectsrctemp.” ROFL 😀

    She will be missed…. 😦

very true, there should be some online mourning for a day!

  9. “We saw. We came. She conquered.”

    ROFLMAO!

  10. LOL LOL LOL

    C:Project FilesOldprojectsrctemp

    Oh my GOD!

As they say .. “hamam mein sabhi nange hain”!

  11. R.I.P Bhabhi. You were and will always be my first crush…..I guess it’s time to venture out in the real world to find the ‘mere khayalon ki Savita’ before it gets too late..

    http://w-t-fuck.blogspot.com/2009/07/wtf6.html

  12. At first it was desibaba/fantasy and then we had bhabhi, the good thing is that the moral police is somewhat slow in catching up, so we need constant innovation in this field. Till the time we have 18/m/frustu in India (and that will be forever) we always will have a reason to delete temp files and cookies.

  13. It is sad to see that GenX has to seek other things which are more explicit than Bhabhi’s stories. This site was good with quick and fast refreshing story page. Just couple of minutes to check out and rest left to individual’s imagination for that day.

Now even file encryption is of no use, parents know it as they have done it in their past.

    R.I.P Savitha bhabhi

  14. May the soul rest in peace

  15. This mourning is really un-called for. Why mourn? You have Rakhi Ka Swayamwar on national television!

  16. Kimbhut Kimakar July 14, 2009 — 6:03 am

    GB,
    She’ll in our heart always…
Here’s an alternative for bhabhi fans : http://savitabhabhifree.blogspot.com/

  17. @Greatbong : Technically, only the campaign Save Savita has ended according to the press release on the website.

The Savita Bhabhi website will be continuing.

  18. The website continues to function, its only the Indian ISPs that have blocked it. ???? ?? ????? ???? ?? ????? ??? ??? ???? ?? ????? ????? ?? ??? ??? ???? ?? |

  19. Your post after Desibaba’s demise was more emotional and touching. We are growing old, is it ?
    RIP bhabi.

  20. i can stll access the site from india…but the site itself mentions that it is banned…dunno whats happening….anyway…long live savita bhabhi!!!….2 hell with I&B Ministry & whoever complained to them…

  21. Savita will live on…not sentimental

Art cant be killed no way no how…i can host SB if necessary..and so can any other wellwisher

BTW Pritish nandi wrote a great article on TOI about this…mainstream support

  22. Great post! We saw, we came, she conquered stole the show!

  23. Among many other things, I have to thank you for bringing into my world (now memories) Savita Bhabhi.
It’s a pity that she’s off-screen. I wish now that I too had those password protected files on my C-drive….But I’m sure bhabhi will be back

  24. ‘Now you know why I love Savita Bhabhi. She’s Indian. She’s sexy and she wears a sari.’- Pritish Nandy.
    A contextual read here.

  25. Wow. Glad to see (from this blogsite as well as numerous external postings) that there is so much enthusiasm amongst the India’s liberal and progressive middle classes on this critical issue.

It is far more important to run campaigns to save Savita Bhabhi rather than save Sarabhjit. After all, the former is ‘art’ and an icon of freedom of expression. The latter is the maddeningly monotonous and mind-numbingly dreary tale of an innocent Indian’s life.

But then again, p*rn is precious. Indian life is cheap.

  26. May her hole rest in peace.

  27. With the comic site gone, we cannot return life to our planet. But fate has yielded its own reward: a new world to call home. We live among its people now, hiding in plain sight, but watching over them in secret, waiting…protecting. I have witnessed their capacity for courage, and though we are worlds apart, like us, there’s more to them than meets the eye. I am Optimus Prime, and I send this message to any surviving Savita Bhabis taking refuge among the stars: We are here. We are waiting.

  28. very soon the market will be flooded with porn flicks with savita bhabhi as the central character…old timers will remember the chamiya series….

  29. Revenge of the "Fallen" July 14, 2009 — 12:17 pm

I am Savita Bhabhi, and I send this message so that our past will always be remembered. For in those memories, we live on.

  30. u need not miss her use the proxy server “orkut.pk” to open the site

    cheers to savita bhabhi…!!

  31. I think the site for protesting against the ban(savesavita) is going to be brought down and not the original site which still seems to be up. Anyway I hope the original one doesn’t go down as it has its own value.

  32. Second to what anonymous wrote. RIP

  33. “Along with several password protected files in unobtrusive directories like C:Project FilesOldprojectsrctemp.”

Amazing! But this is disturbing. So is this a move to compete with China? Then it i certainly a competition in the wrong domain. Kinda sends a message to the nascent sluts of India to curb their lasciviousness. Kinda reminiscent of the Sushma Swaraj days. We grew up under a lot of censorship of the wrong kind. No wonder we are all so screwed up. Now we want to screw up the next gen too.

  34. Inside And exclusive details og banning savita bhabhi

i think all of u heard about blocking Twiiter in Ministry of external Affairs (MEA). Like that Ambika soni blocked savita bhabhi in I&B ministry. When Babus of ministry debarded from the sexual adventure of savita bhabhi they thought why should rest of indians enjoy it so they banned our very own and loving savita bhabhi long live savita bhabhi if not in my PC then atleast in My Dreams.

  35. Not enough women fans here for bhabhi eh? The site was up till yesterday, I watched it right after Mann ki Baat and I am hooked.

  36. “We saw. We came. She conquered.”

You should get that copyrighted! 🙂

  37. Hey.. not all Indian ISP blocked it..
its working on Reliance ISP… 😉

  38. Aww…my bad..didnt read whole thing…I thought only save savita campaign is over.

  39. Have the Congress-supporters on this blog lost their secular panties and
    their hoarse voices?

First, Savita Bhabhi was banned by the Congress Govt. for “obscene
    cartoons”.

Next, the TV show “Sach Ka Saamna” looks all set to be banned for “obscene
    questions” by the Congress Govt.

The Kaangress Party’s I&B Minister (Ambika Soni) makes the BJP’s former I&B
Minister Sushma Swaraj (who blocked Fashion TV for frontal nudity) looks
    like a mere schoolgirl.

Yet, the Congress-wallah panties nod and give silent consent to this brazen censorship.

Tsk..Tsk…Had it been the BJP banning cartoons and questions, these Kaangress
panties would have screamed all hell about Hindu fundamentalists imposing
“moral censorship”.…blah..blah..blah…”The Goddess of Small Brains” would have gone on a fast unto death…and Mata Roma, in her nasal tones, would have accused
the BJP of “communalising” the airwaves.

Keep up the awesome double-standards…and don’t pop an artery screaming for
“freedom of expression”, you stinking hypocrites.

  40. @Kerala Ka Karela,

Before popping an artery about other people popping an artery you may just want to look at the “facts”.

Supported by BJP MPs, Akthar demanded that the reality show should be banned. He also demanded that a separate censor board should be set up for television serials. BJP member S S Ahluwalia said that the programme was unethical and completely against Indian culture. He demanded a discussion on the subject.

  41. @GreatBong,

Before anyone else pops an artery about other people popping an artery, let
me say that I’ve always felt you are quite objective and unbiased. My previous comment was directed towards the Kaangress-Gandy sycophantic readers on this blog.

Here’s the rest of the “facts” – which clearly indicate that it is only fair that the Congress needs to be held to the same “high” standards (as the BJP):

    – The Congress government slapped a show-cause notice on ““Sach Ka Saamna””broadcaster Star Plus — for “offending good taste and decency,
(showing what is) not suitable for unrestricted public exhibition, and for
    obscenity in words”.

    – Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman K Rahman Khan (a veteran leader of the Indian
National Congress), agreed that the show had “obscene questions”and declared that the government should take note of this “serious” issue.

    – And one key question : Are we going to be blame the BJP for the ban
on Savitha Bhabhi too? Doesn’t the Congress deserve full credit for this
“moral censorship” of India’s favorite cartoon?

I am waiting for the Congress Panties and Hooker Prize winners to crawl out of
the woodwork and start their high-pitched howling protests now. 😉

  42. typo/correction:
Are we going to blame the BJP for the ban on Savitha Bhabhi too?

  43. We saw, we came, we conquered -> We saw, we conquered, we came…

  44. We saw,We Came,She Conquered!!:)
    Priceless!!rofl
